When we first met Dr. Pennington, we thought (like others) she was a 5-star doctor - very thorough and professional. Then my mom had a follow up appt, she had contracted a cold (maybe covid??), we thought we'd have her tested that day as she already had an appt scheduled. We did the online check in process and she was at the front desk of the facility on time for her appt - but she was not 30 min early, like they ask for (which is supposedly for those who have not already checked in online).
