Words cannot describe how amazing Brian Webb of PHX Lechon Roasters made for our friend’s Celebration of Life event in Surprise, AZ. He roasted two 46-lb pigs in our backyard using their professional Lechon BBQ equipment. Brian went above and beyond for this event. Watching the process was incredible, but eating the final product was completely out of this world. We have been getting lechon from Phoenix Lechon Roasters because they cook it the traditional Filipino way and not in the oven. The last one was for a wedding celebration. After 2-3 hours, the skin was unbelievably crunchy, tastes like home to me.
As someone who is hella pinoy, Brian is my go to for anything Lechon. I've been a customer since day one and will always go to him to hook it up when it's time to celebrate with Lechon!
