We have been getting lechon from Phoenix Lechon Roasters because they cook it the traditional Filipino way and not in the oven. The last one was for a wedding celebration. After 2-3 hours, the skin was unbelievably crunchy, tastes like home to me.
As someone who is hella pinoy, Brian is my go to for anything Lechon. I've been a customer since day one and will always go to him to hook it up when it's time to celebrate with Lechon!

I have order from PHX Lechon multiple times and everything has been outstanding. We even had them roast a whole lechon at our house for my son’s graduation party. The skin was crispy and the meat was super tender.
