Excellent gym with great equipment, and a positive vibe
Great gym that isn't filled with kids trying to look tough (like puregym)
I always take my hat off to anyone who tries to set up a business and take on the chains. As a business owner myself I always try to support local businesses rather than turn to big chains. PHX Burgess Hill is a great gym for the choice of equipment that is regularly cleaned and maintained but Im sorry to say I have never found it a particularly welcoming or friendly place. I cant fault it for equipment. Theres lots of it. There is however NO WORKING AIRCON and with a bakery down stares it can quickly become far too hot and ... read more

For anyone serious about training, you will not find a better place for machine quality and choice, staff are super friendly. Everything you need from a gym.
