Fu was absolutely amazing. Not only did he answer my questions politely and patiently, but he also went the extra mile to try and understand my frustration and really hear what my problem is. In PC building, tech support, or repair, the most importantly thing is knowing the exacts of what needs to be fixed looked at or built. Fu understands that, clearly, and i recommend his professional services and associates to anybody novice or expert in the PC community if you want to customer service and expertise that you deserve 💯💯

I called out of desperation, while frantically panicking about getting a gaming computer for my son for Christmas. The big box store shelves are all empty, Amazon can’t deliver in time etc. Phusion PC not only calmed my anxiety spiral, they gave me hope. Their customer service skill set goes above and beyond. I will surely use them for any and all future services.

LeRon is absolutely amazing!! I normally call the Geek Squad for assistance but the service LeRon provided was professional, quick, and personable! He multi-tasked his way through my list of work needed on three devices in our offices in record time with very reasonable pricing.
