Specialties: I am CSRA's mobile personal trainer. I come to you for your convenience. I also do live video training and recorded sessions for those that are busy and want to workout during their own time. I offer 1-on-1 sessions and also couple sessions at a discounted price. Before we begin your workout plan I will have you fill out a health screen snapshot to get an overview of your health history and eating habits. After that we will perform a free fitness assessment and then get the ball rolling after that.
