Called the office to reschedule because I am under the weather and do not feel capable of making it in to the apppointment, first off the lady on the phone said she couldn't hear me. But the background noise of coworkers in the back laughing & having a private convo in Spanish was the issue. Very unprofessional. Second review 03/30/2026: I had my second baby in June 2023 and Dr. Nguyen-Luu was my Obstetrician for this delivery too. As always, my pre-natal checkups and till the time I delivered my baby at medical city las colinas, all were great. Due to personal reasons, I broke down several times in front of Dr. Nguyen-Luu and she was always empathetic and compassionate. I can’t recommend her enough!! WILL NOT ADDRESS YOUR PAIN OVER MONEY!!! Do not trust this office with your family’s health. They will not address your pain if you have a balance due! We offered to pay half of our charges but we’re told it wasn’t enough. (After thousands of dollars already paid from 2 births) This office is very unprofessional and unorganized. Every bill and insurance interaction has been a nightmare with this lost staff. Nobody knows exactly what you owe until you’re right in front of them and in pain. The front desk staff has a bad day everyday it seems. They’re rude, curt, will rush you and will cut you off. In person and if you call. I’ve been seeing the doctor for years and since they moved to the new location the staff is just not it. The doctor herself is great no issues there. she listens and is attentive which is stark contrast to her front team. Luckily they’re not the ones providing care and the interactions are brief but damn.
Poor Billing Team , wants to steal money and says check issued which you never received. When you reach to their front desk always give a rude reply that we are checking for past 2 months. Finally got the refund after a lot of call back and forth
