had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Phuong Nguyen this week as a new patient at her office. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and the way she listened carefully to my concerns. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and friendly, and I felt very safe knowing I was in the care of someone so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Phuong Nguyen if you’re in need of a new doctor! The office itself was very clean and welcoming. Overall, it’s a wonderful place with a great team!
Terrible staff, doctor. They will scam you. They will offer lab tests that costs $10,000 dollars without even considering what financial burdens people are going through. This doctor does not listen to their patients at all, she only keeps pushing labs work and cause more burdens on victims. We paid them in full for delivery then later changed their minds about not taking our insurance, so we went with another OBGYN. They won't refund us our money $-2100.
Great experience! I came in for consultation/second opinion, and left a new patient. The front desk staff were courteous and welcoming. Had a little bit of a wait, but expected as much, since I was new. Dr. Nguyen was very friendly, and was detailed with explaining everything. She was attentive to what I had to say about what I was experiencing and didn't blow me off, or make me feel like I didn't know how my body is reacting.
