Getting in to an appointment is like pulling teeth. The front desk does not have effective communication skills and they aren’t friendly or pleasant. Dr.Truong is clearly capable. The way this office runs really does a disservice to the patients. They will not do what they say they will. They will delay treatment for months. Phuong is a good listener.she reflects back what I said. She is empathetic and knowledgeable. She came up with a Good working plan and we went over it and we made some adjustments and it was a great plan for me. It helped me with Lowering my A1c, and also is helping me Prevent very low glucose levels.
