Dr. Duong is an extremely competent and knowledgeable optometrist. She is efficient, thoughtful, generous with passing on helpful eye-health related advice, and very good at follow-up where patient care is concerned. I’ve never had to wait very long to be seen by her after arriving for an appointment. The prescriptions for lenses which she has assessed and subsequently prescribed as a result of her examining my eyes were always ‘spot on’.
