My nephews girlfriend wanted her hair dyed like the picture on the left. And this is what the salon did to her. It cost them $400 for them to butcher her hair like this. They asked for a refund and they wouldn't do it. So they left a bad review here, and then they were willing to talk to them. And only gave them $50 back. So now I'm here posting on their behalf. I'm warning people not to use their salon unless you want a bad hair day and bad service. It's gonna cost her more money to fix this!!! I feel like they treated them... read more
Asked for the first picture and ended up with the second one, I asked for a layered hair dye, blonde at the top with black poking out at the bottom and ended up with y2k chunky highlights that came out blotchy and purple. Not what I asked for I do not recommend this place.
Phoung and Pho always fit you in which I truly appreciate. Everyone is so friendly and work together as a team to make your appointment go smoothly. Phoung is a very talented hairdresser and I am always very satisfied. A great place! Recommend!
