The staff is super nice and helpful Dr J she is super sweet and her humoring conversation she made me more comfortable the office is very clean
Everyone there was extremely nice and friendly. They were very helpful in letting me know everything I needed to know and didn’t get mad when I had to ask some things twice 😂 or to repeat things. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable and welcome 😊
Good experience. Just had to wait for an hour on them to get their X-ray machine on line. No problem since I was in no hurry and it's not their fault. Dentist makes the visit easier with her conversation and humor. They were very courteous and polite, which I look for in anyone I interact with. Thanks to them all.
Have tried for months to get an appointment through the online process, it’s always “not accepting online inquiries at this time.” And directing me to the Asheville location. Makes no sense!
