20 out of 10 if i can give those stars, i am happy to meet an amazing gyn that is thorough, and someone i can speak to freely and understand what i am saying and can relate to what i am saying. My gyn appointment went smoothly and with no discomfort, i was so surprise as to how fast it went i wasnt even aware she was finished. Dr. Jones the gyn answered all my questions and i was so happy to find a gyn in the area that can relate to me. Dr Jones is amazing. Hoping to see if she practices else where because this establishment is super unprofessional. During a two hour visit, none of my procedures were done before seeing the doctor. I sat there for two hours waiting when I could’ve been getting my blood drawn etc. also when my insurance lapsed I was willing to pay out of pocket, they only except cash or Zelle which was a little strange for me as they are a business. I’m giving 3 stars cause I have not see a doctor there yet . Just walked in and get a business card. But like the energy of the place and whoever I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.
These folks have absolutely no idea how to maintain a schedule. Appointment for noon? It's actually at 1, maybe 1:30.
They are the best Very friendly welcome us with smiling faces
