My grandmother saw Truong with concerns about dementia. In spite of her failing his cognitive test, he told her that she doesn't have dementia; she's just old. Although he ordered a brain scan, he didn't tell her that the scan showed that she had been having a series of mini-strokes until she had an appointment with him 10 MONTHS LATER.
