From the outset, Cyndi and her daughter unflinchingly worked with us to help produce a big family event for our friend. In that sense PHT became part of the company. Then, when the work was over and it was time to play, Cyndi and PHT Limo was right there again, to the end. This is a great company. We would definitely hire them again.
Reserved party bus a month prior for my friend 50th birthday and paid upfront down-payment which was confirmed by owner. On the day of party, bus has not arrived, and owner didn't at first answer the phone. Called her from another phone, than she answered and said that there is NO reservation as well as no down-payment. I've sent her messages that we have communicated as well as money transfer, yet she was very unpleasant, rude as well as unprofessional and laughed at all of us waiting for the party bus!!
