There are not enough kind words to say about everything and everyone at this facility. The staff are so welcoming, always happy, the facility is super clean, there’s always coffee/tea. I went for a broken shoulder, convinced I would never be the same, but every week, no matter how many times I would ask, Taylor reassured me everything I was experiencing normal, and would go into detail about why I was feeling whatever was going on. She really shows passion in her field.
I just want to start off with everyone in the office as very professional and very kind. You walk in and you're greeted by Erica and Kayree, they are very professional and caring they answer all questions you may have (very welcoming). Joseph Pichiarello is a talented and very professional Facility's Director. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist is Caitlin, she is so wonderful and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing very knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful Joe has an amazing group of therapist working here.It’s not just one the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area and need physical therapy this is the place to go , they will have you feeling better in no time. Keep up the good work Joe !
My husband and I had 5 months with the wonderful people at St. Luke’s, Pocono Summit. Caitlin and Taylor were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable and helped us progress through our PT. Kirsten was a great substitute when needed, as were the young men. The front desk ladies welcomed us with a smile every time. I highly recommend St. Luke’s, Pocono Summit
