PHS is hands down the best temp agency. Amy holds a high standard for the hygienists that join her team. This isn’t your typical agency where you clock in and out with little interaction. PHS has a great culture, consistently communicates with temps and ensures we feel valued.

I've been temping with PHS Temps since 2021, and my experience has been great. Amy (owner) is so personable, caring, receptive to feedback, and encouraging of both personal and professional growth. The app is easy to use, there is a wide variety of offices to choose from, and the staff has excellent communication. Temping with PHS offers such flexibility while also offering employee benefits. I highly recommend PHS Temps if you're a hygienist looking to temp.

I have been working with PHS Temps for almost 4 years now. They are such a great company to temp with. They are professional, reliable and offer great benefits to employees. They do team building events which are always very fun also. All the dental offices I have temped with through them have been very happy with their experience. I highly recommend any dental hygienist to be employed with PHS no matter how often you are available to temp!
