their customer service was shocking, staff was really rude on the phone, if you have a problem they will just pass the but on to someone else. they miss collections and don't let you know, but will still charge you. Their staff don't have any awareness of people around them and nearly hit a client with their vehicle. When we complained about it and said they could no long park in the car park, they didn't respect this and continued as normal. I would NOT recommend them at all
