I have had a very disappointing experience(s) with this company. I found their service to be unprofessional, both in person and over the phone. It fell like they are more focused on collecting payments than genuinely addressing customer needs or concerns.
They don't even deserve one star. this company is ridiculous I don't see how the courts even reference this place. And the lady behind the phone Vania thinks shes big and bad. very rude and unprofessional. she is definitely getting reported. Nasty attitude . if you don't like your job then quit. they take your money and play in your face. then tell you to email a week later they still don't email back. Vania needs to be fired or reported. Stated she was the supervisor. She shouldn't be anything but out of a job
REPORT THIS ORGANIZATION TO THE BOARD OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES, there’s support with numbers. This group is unlicensed and taking court ordered classes, it is illegal to take court ordered classes unlicensed or allow unlicensed professionals to run classes. My group manager told me as the only woman in the group I was the problem and that women pretty much are abusers if they get beat! These people are extremely rude and unprofessional!! Never in my life have I ever experienced such rudeness! They need to be shut down !!! They have no intention of helping anyone ! My best advice to anyone that has to deal with this office is to call the BBB and file a complaint!
Lori or Laura “the manager” is the worst person to speak to at this company. Please swap her out! We were calling numerous times to speak to them because we needed help and little to find out she was purposely ignoring us. She said it herself. Lori’s words were “you were blowing us up” well then answer your phone? this is suppose to be professional counseling business right? Then act like it. ADVICE to anyone who has to take this classes.
