Called to request an HVAC inspection. They said this would be $99. I agreed to an appointment later that evening. The tech texted me saying that he was full that day and would prefer to come the following morning. I agreed. While the technicians were performing the inspection at my apartment, I got an email and phone call simultaneously from PHS saying that I owed them $600 for HVAC cleaning. Highly recommend PHS APP Brooklyn Heating & Air. Moved into a new house and needed to re-key a couple doors and add a deadbolt. I didn't get the locksmith's name at the time, but called and was told Bob helped us, so he , big thank you to you! Very knowledgeable, professional, and all around great experience.

Amazing professional and well-priced service. Had a jammed lock at our main door and within 20 minutes the technician was knocking. He gave a driving update, was extremely polite, efficient and diligent. He also checked and cleaned up another lock and made extra keys on the spot. This service really shows why they have been in business for so many decades.

Very professional and communicated very well about the services that would be provided. Bob's knowledge about the equipment and how it would serve the needs of my house was extraordinary and amazing!!!! My house is nice and cool now. I would recommend Indoor PHS APP Brooklyn Heating & Air forever. Very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had about the job. A+ rating in my book.
