PHR fitted heating equipment under the eco scheme. It was a nightmare! They left my house in a complete mess and had to constantly chase them up to rectify problems. I wasn’t even showed how to use the system. From the start they only seemed interested in getting the funding for their own benefit. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that will take the customers needs into consideration. I will no longer be using them.
Excellent Service! From the lovely friendly office staff to the engineers, solar panel specialists, professional surveyors and construction staff it was an excellent and professional communicative service. Aside the great work completed, what stood out for me was the amount of respect shown by all workers in keeping my home clean, tidy and protected during the renovation. Highly recommend this company ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you are looking at accessing ECO4 I wouldn’t recommend this company. I contacted at the start of August. It took forever for them to just do basic things, and I was also told incorrect information by different people such as it was the council funding the work. After all this been told today after three months that they don’t have enough funding to carry out the work. Very disappointing
