I believe I could have had a relatively okay experience if Lenny Downie had actually provided me with the Vehicle Title that he promised. He showed me the title, but gave some weak excuse why he needed more time to provide it. The title had the previous owners name on it, so it sure seems like Lenny Downie may have sold me a vehicle that he didn't even own. I believe that might be illegal.
