I was emotional when I dropped into Photoworks by Rick to get copies made of a color pencil portrait I did of my brother-in-law who is in hospice-care dying of cancer! Rick asked if there was a story behind the portrait! I cried as I explained! Even though there was a one week wait he offered to do the job straight away to save my coming back!! The copies came out better than the original as he used archival paper! He also cut picture frame mats at my request & taped the prints onto them with archival tape without my asking!... read more

Rick is a master in his field. His work is precise excellent quality with a sense of artistry. Rick did 10 wall mounted photos and a 20 X 24 picture framing. Rick was able to bring the images alive removing objects from the images as appropriate and gave them a whole new life.

This place is so genuine and authentic. Dropped off a roll and got digital copies, high resolution and they were phenomenal! reasonable price and got them back in a reasonable time. My second visit I met Rick and had me lauhhing the whole time! He told me I look like Demis Roussos, and he was right 10/10 will come back whenever I’m in town.

Called the business and spoke to Rick. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and Rick said we can do it but "I'm not interested". How rude! If I could leave no stars I would. I made it clear to Rick that my friend had videotape of women sitting in lounge chairs by a pool and the video was taken from a distance and I wanted to know if he could make it so that the video was a closeup of these individuals. There was nothing questionable or devious about my inquiry, case closed.
