Busy facility with fairly long wait times. It took about an hour after my scheduled appointment time to see someone. So bring a book, or something to keep you occupied. There is free Wifi there. People are great there. The intern asked good, relevant questions. She was able to answer my questions as well. Dr. Hong was helpful and recommended a procedure for me that my dermatologist didn't to relieve my suffering, as my eczema is severe. Phototherapy booth was fun for me.
