Needed a replacement for neurofeedback glasses. Hard to find item. They were efficient. Great communication. Suggested I send them the broken glasses and repaired those for a reasonable fee. Highly recommend working with this company.
I called the on an old device I bought on ebay back in 2021... they sent me cords and everything I needed to get it operational. They stand by their products.
Worst people to ever deal with in business. I bought their best model, Nova Pro, and it arrived with a bad cable. I called to get support thinking they wrote send me a replacement. A woman answered, very rudely, claiming to be half owner. She refused to help and told me to source my own cable and buy it myself. She said it would cost her money to replace the defective one.
I love that this product is made in the USA!
