Easy process, incredible customer service. Our sales rep was so thorough and answered questions instantly. We were kept informed along every step of the process. And our install team was thorough, attentive, respectful and clean. We are so grateful to have our Powerwall - and to know we won't lose power now!
Working with the Photon Brothers to get my solar panels installed was a great experience. They take care of all the legwork - permitting, location of panels , battery, and of course the install itself. Could not have gone any smoother.
Photon Bros has been great for us. They did a great job installing the system, and have been keeping tabs on how the system is operating. Yesterday two techs came and spent hours tracking down some issues we were having. We appreciated that thoroughness. I have nothing but positives to say about working with this company over the last year.
My experience started out positively. The salesperson was responsive, and Photon Brothers came to our home and completed a site visit for a solar panel upgrade and whole-home battery estimate. I waited a week for the proposal and when I reached out was told I’d receive it the next day along with a phone call, but I never received either.
