Photon Brothers is the one sto shop for your solar needs. The team walked us through every step of the process. Building a new home in California is quite challenging, and having Photon Brothers to take care of our solar requirements proved to be the easiest contractor to work with. They even came out and added more panels to get our system where it needed to be to fully power our home. On a second visit they covered the cost of installing a Wi-Fi booster.
Could not have had a better experience with my solar install than I had with the Photon Brothers. I was assigned a team that guided the entire process explaining g everything to me clearly and managed everything- from the paperwork for the loan, the incentives, coordinating the site review,, the install, the electricity connection etc. The team that was onsite to do the install were amazing. These guys (Gals/Other) are top notch. They are open and honest about the services and system capabilities. They took care of the rebates and even added arrays to my system to compensate for performance. This week they came out and added a signal booster for my Tesla comms. Reuben was out here for 5 hours. They did it at no charge. That's great service.
Slow to provide a bid - but installation process was fast once started
'Ruben Quintero quickly corrected what turned out to be a minor malfunction of the relay antenna which provided communication between my two inverters. Very satisfied with this service. Thank you.
