Very poor, since installation of 2 additional panels my 2 Tesla batteries do NOT charge, average daily percentage is 9-20%! Photon tells me we’re better than last year!! However should we have grid outage We won’t have enough storage to last but a few hours! When I initially reported this to Photon the manger reviewed and stated differently had an issue !
It has been nearly a year, and no rebate. I have gone round and round with Photon Brothers. Probably 30 to 50 emails, and many phone calls. Once they have your money they just do not care. They claimed that they submitted the rebate form, but according to 3CE the submission was incomplete. Photon Brothers then said that 3CE was lying, and that they filled in the form correctly. I signed a contract with Photon Brothers for a solar roof. After multiple inquiries over this time over seven months, I received a letter from the president of the company stating that my electric company was terrible to work with. The company unilaterally canceled the contract. I have contacted them for further information regarding specific reasons for the contract cancellation and remedies.
I don’t often write reviews. But because this business repeatedly failed on this project and the owner refused to return my calls, I felt it was the only means to express my disappointment.
