The sales person was good (best presentation) until the sale was made. He never return my phone calls again. The installers were great, very efficient and competent. The project management was a disaster. So many mix ups in paperwork with the city and the utility company. The project took twice as long as it should have. I put 12 panels in along with a Tesla Powerwall backup battery. The system works and the app is very nice. Our house is all electric and the utility bill has gone from $200 a month to zero! Tech service people were prompt, courteous, and efficient in diagnosing the communication problem one of my solar system inverters was having, and resetting it so that it is back to working efficiently.
I really appreciate how transparent and responsive Amir was throughout the whole process. We did a lot of research on our own and asked a lot of questions, and he was knowledgeable with a reply or quick to get answers back to use when he didn't. The proposal and estimates were provided directly to us with line item details and updated in real time over virtual call as we discussed tweaks - this was fantastic compared to how other providers do everything behind a tablet screen only they have access to.
