We are new to solar, and the team at Photon Brothers (Service Coordinator Jake and Technician Lucas) were wonderful. Jake worked very hard on our behalf to obtain warranty service from the manufacturer of our inverter panel, and Lucas was extremely helpful during the installation process. He took extra care to ensure that we understood our system. We appreciate both of them very much.
I have sent numerous emails to Layla Counts asking for her help with our ccc rebate. This has been going on for months and I never get a response. I am very dissatisfied as we were promised this rebate when we signed our contract with Photon Brothers.
Took awhile navigating the landscape of changing rebates but they did an excellent job and were very good at adapting. Lowest price system i could find as well
Had them install a solar and battery system. Have had mixed experiences, but ultimately they didn't stand behind their warranty. I've had to have the powerwall replaced 2 times, the inverter once, the rapid shut down switch once. The system is finally working, but have had leaks from the roof every winter. I had my roof replaced with the panels to not have leaks. After the 4th winter of leaks, each time the roofer would come out and work on it, then it would stop raining, and be back to the start next winter. Finally the roo... read more
I have had horrible customer service with this place. Ordered two tesla batteries in November last year. They quickly installed them (and billed me for them) but they never passed inspection from PGE. It took over 5 months of me bugging them almost daily to remedy the hook up. In the meantime, I missed the window for the rebates they promised. In all, the rebates and tax incentives were supposed cover almost the entire cost of the installation, which is why I signed up.
