Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Communication and organization throughout the process were poor, and interactions often came across as rude and unprofessional. It took nearly 2 months to receive our photos, which completely took away the excitement and purpose of team pictures for the season. Ordered football photos of my son the day I received them I emailed due to her misspelling my son’s name on the photo. Took 2 weeks to get a response and had been a month since last returned email. Unfortunately the school uses her so have no options for anyone else.
