I have been a customer of Photographer's Edge for years and have always been very happy with their product. But on my last order they sent me the wrong item and insisted it was my fault. In reality the person who took the order messed up. When I called them about it they would not make it right and wanted to send me the correct item and still have me pay the shipping charge.
