I’ve been going here for around a year and everyone that works here has always been so nice and judge-free whenever I ask questions. They also have a great selection of film! I love that they were finally able to expand the store more :)
I wish I would have read the reviews about film processing before I went here. After going in to pick up b/w and Color film prints, I realized they only gave me my black and white prints. I will take some responsibility for causing some confusion in two ways: 1. I asked for scans of my negatives to be made and sent to me digitally when I went to pick up my prints, thus creating a new order. 2. My color negatives were damaged by light and thus rendered blank (but I did not know this and was still charged for the service). It ... read more
