Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were the only store I could find selling an obscure 1980s point-and-shoot I was looking for. I had a small technical hiccup with it early on but they were able to solve it immediately, and now I'm several rolls in film in and loving it. They have a well-curated array of quality old/useful new cameras, accessories, and film.
I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and I appreciate that they develop ECN2 film. However, I received my scans several days late. After my first call, they promised to send them the next day, but they didn't. When I called again, they just said it would be sent the following day, and I had to push them to finally process and scan my order.
