My son got his picture taken and the photographer didn't think to position the kids where they wouldn't have a bunch of clutter in the back ground. In the 8 years of paying for these over priced products, I never had such an unacceptable outcome. I wrote to customer service and they told me I can return the picture.. that's it.. just return it and that it was not their fault that people were in the background. Next year I will be taking my own picture.

I do not like the employees that work there. They were really mean to me and yelled"hey get out of the background of the picture, come on!" When everyone else was walking behind the picture he said it specifically towards me and not the other 100s of people going by the background of the picture. So rude
