A+ private outing with Bruce. It’s hard to overstate how valuable it is to have a one-on-one mentor in the field. There’s always something to learn, and Bruce shared a ton of practical tips I use every time I shoot now. He picked me up and we hiked to a remote Mt. Tam spot to catch an epic sunrise as the fog rolled in. Later, we dropped into the foggy forest and shot in a completely different environment—each scene was a hands-on lesson. I did a 3 day one-on-one workshop with Bruce in and around San Francisco. He took me to locations that most people might not get to on their own. He did a GREAT job working me on where and how to set up a shot and what works from a composition standpoint. working with Bruce, you will capture epic shots. I would do another workshop with Bruce.

EDIT: Took a 2nd workshop with Bruce. He let me borrow his tilt shift lens and showed me how to use it. Never worked with that kit before and now I understand why and how you would use it. Love learning new things! ORIG: Took a workshop with Bruce Getty and it was fantastic. There were novice and really advanced photographers in the workshop. He tailored his tips to your level.
