Photo Texas Photography is responsive. I prepaid for a Graduation photo. When the initial photo was sent to me, it was not satisfactory. My daughter's face was obscured by the tassle that was in motion as the photo was taken. I reached out to Photo TX to ask for it to be fixed or refunded if unable to edit it. They responded immediately and provided me a great edited photo. Great customer service! I am very satisfied and pleased.

I only have great things to say about photo texas photography. Jasmine was super helpful with getting our son's class photo replaced after it got lost somewhere in the process of getting the photos distributed to the students. I explained that it most likely got lost at the school and jasmine was more than willing to help me out. We have been pleased with the quality of the photos taken; thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers.

Jasmine helped me find our children’s photos. The flyer the school handed out didn’t work. (Or it could have been me not doing it right) Jasmine helped locate our kiddos' photos and sent me a direct link to purchase them. I was happy with the photo quality. The colors and lighting were great. This company offers high-quality products and is helpful.
