Jasmine was very kind and professional in helping me with the package order that I had not received due to some strange confusion. She sent me the photo package and I got them very quickly. Thank you very much!
If I could give no stars I would. My daughter's school used them for their soccer pictures. School ended and still no pictures. I had to finally reach out to them (after they charged me already) and ask where her pictures were. I was told that her paper was taken but no photo of her. I would have been charged $45 dollars for nothing had I have no investigated this myself. This is a horrible way to do business. I had an excellent experience with customer service!
We had a very disappointing experience with this photo studio. My children are part of a soccer club and had both individual and team photos taken back in March. About ten days ago, we finally received the photos — but only for one of our twins, and even then, we received two copies of two different photos of the same child. We did pay for both children’s photos back in March and I double-checked the receipt to confirm. Our team coach even texted the studio to explain the issue, but we have not received any response.
