If I could give zero, I would. Terrible school photos. It’s like they didn’t even try with the kids! 42 dollars for one digital file that you don’t even get a preview of. You have to purchase first. Such a disappointment.
my son was sick on picture day and on retake day, he didn’t go when they were called. i was worried we weren’t going to get the picture we paid for. i emailed photo texas and they set us up a date at a nearby school to have his photo taken. they responded promptly and made sure we had all of the info we needed to get everything taken care of, and then called us afterwards to make sure we made it. amazing customer service
Edit I was able to get every thing Resolved. The customer service is amazing I definitely recommend after talking with them. The photographers were nice. So I have two children that play baseball and T-ball. We had pictures done the lady who was giving out the QR code that you get told me it was about a week turnaround time. Two weeks later no pictures you scan the QR code all you can see is a packages that you can buy. I usually don't get my order submitted in time for the school pre-orders, but the Photo Texas staff is so helpful in sending my direct link, it's like personal service! And if I want to check if we need to do re-takes, they'll send me a thumbnail so I can review the photo beforehand. Lastly, when I needed to reorder a school photo from 9 years prior, they made it super seamless. Their website contact form as well as phone calls have worked well for me.
