They sent me the wrong links to the wrong photos of my child. The photos I purchased were more expensive than the ones I wanted (thought I was buying) - 8x10 of child vs 8x10 of whole class. They are sending me the 8x10s of the classes - which sort of makes up for it. But I'm still out $20 on photos I didn't want (ordered from the wrong link they sent me).

They send an email with a promo code for free shipping and does not work, theirs phone number is nowhere to bw found in their emails, so had to Google it, tried calling and NO ONE answers. Bad customer service.

I'm left wondering if their was even one glance at the photos before they send them out. This was the worst.

We have order school pictures from Photo Texas Photography for the past 5 years. We have always had a wonderful experience with them. They take great pictures and their customer service is amazing. I have specifically worked with Jasmine over the years and she is absolutely wonderful! Her response time is so quick and she always helps me find all the photos I am looking for. We highly recommend Photo Texas Photography.

Our school uses photo Texas photography and they have always been so wonderful! Recently I made an error in my orders for my kids and I emailed back and forth with Chrystal Maltass and she was super helpful! Not only did she fix my problem but she was kind, quick to respond and very generous. We appreciate photo Texas photography and their staff so much!
