Highly responsive! Very friendly! Very clean facility! Service man at the desk was very cool! Very knowledgeable staff! I will never go anywhere else except for this place bc of the great experience I’ve had across the board.
I'm not saying Photo Tech does a bad job in general as I know different people who've had success coming here- I'm just speaking on my experience. My main message is to just check everything is ok before the 90 day period after receiving your equipment back is up. I had a Sony camcorder screen repaired/tightened. While my camera was getting repaired I was using a temp camera. Once I got my camera back I checked the screen motion but I didn't use the camera as I just kept using the temp camera.
