This has been the worst experience ever. It has taken over 15 days to get my records. No one on the phone is helpful. Paying $34 to get records is absolutely crazy. The fact that the doctors office is to lazy to do it themselves is a joke! The doctor should be the one paying the fee since they are the ones to lazy to keep the records in the office. But the fact that I am waiting so long for records that belong to me is concerning that things are being hidden!
Photo-Stat does a wonderful job for their clients. They truly make the medical records process much easier, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
Absolutely horrible. Would not send records, called and gave phone numbers and fax numbers multiple times. Denied ever receiving authorizations. Only worked on Mondays. Due to their inability to send records I am missing out on a much needed surgery. THEY SUCK!
