I purchased my first digital camera from here a couple of weekends ago - the Fujifilm X-T20 and a wonderful lens for a great price. Milo assisted me - he was very patient, insightful, and answered my many questions. The camera came with its original box, manuals, and charger. Milo gave me a used camera bag they had in the shop, and a starter SD Card. I am enjoying the learning process and so glad I went with this option as my first camera.

Unhelpful at best. Rude, a bit arrogant. Wanted to see about a lens repair, almost shouted at me that their “repair guy” refuses to work on canon lenses for personal reasons. Asked if they had a replacement lens “sure no problem”. No lens. Then got lectured on lenses, cameras, etc without one of them asking what my experience was. It was so bad, one of them ran out the door as I was leaving to apologize. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back. You list a good customer, including the two others that were with me

Probs the best local shop and lab in Sac, which isn’t saying much as options are limited. Pro scans a lil overpriced imo but quality is solid tho not very big in file size (scans tops out at about 20mb’s) No one was at the counter when I went and had to go to the back to ask someone to ring me up but when someone did eventually come to help they were very friendly:)
