Never Again! – This is some of the worst service I have ever encountered. I recently had two online orders that were totally botched. After a week and a half of no pictures, that were supposed to be delivered, I followed up with a call and was told that I could come pick one of the orders I had placed, and that they had no idea where the other pictures were. Sketchy – every time this god awful commercial comes on(and it comes on constantly) it sketches me out. the dorky guy in the cheap suit seems so creepy. i would never go in this store but was very interested to hear reviews, not suprised. this store seems like a place that should be avoided at all costs.

Friendly!? Professional? – The "website" for this business claims the staff is "friendly" and "professional". This is not true. My customer service experience at this store was bizarre and almost laughably bad. I stopped in to inquire about the status of my photos and was met with immediate hostility because I didn't have my customer tag number.
