I don't understand how they can advertise the green background as emerald when it's NOT remotely close to emerald green. It's between spring green and summer green as my son had on a spring green shirt.. and the only reason I chose that specific background is because it's his birthstone color... Not at all happy. And not the only parent that wasn't happy with the picture out come my son's friend looked like an old lady and she's in 1st grade..... What a fantastic management team! I had an issue with an order, that was outside of their total control. I had the pleasure of getting a call from Brian, who made sure I was a happy customer. It's not an easy task, working with the public, and I commend him on a job well done. Even with my two littles rudely screaming in the back, his smile never faltered through the phone. Thank you Brian, and I look forward to our many more years of portrait memories.

Our go to order is always the photo magnets, their order form shows 19._____2- 3X5 photo magnets. Which would imply you get two magnets per number you put in the blank spot. Both school and baseball i have put 2 in the blank. Meaning i would receive 4 magnets. I think whoever packs the order is very confused because each time i have only gotten 2. I have to call and let them know I'm missing magnets. Just frustrating having to call every time we order, which will be alot with school and sports for two kids.

Great experience my children 3 and 4 NEVER take good photos or stay in one place for that matter. Photo factory not only made them feel comfortable, but they took two incredible photos. Very professional and highly recommended. They're the best in the business.
