Truly great customer service! They do my football pictures and school pictures and am always impressed with them…great to work with!
A couple of times now. I've had to call and have them reprint off my kids's photos because the background was incorrect. The only reason it's a four-star is because I've had to do it more than once. Unfortunately. They were very accommodating and pulled up his photos and I was able to pick up within a couple of days!
Absolutely awful quality of background color and photo. Will not be using again.
I don't understand how they can advertise the green background as emerald when it's NOT remotely close to emerald green. It's between spring green and summer green as my son had on a spring green shirt.. and the only reason I chose that specific background is because it's his birthstone color... Not at all happy. And not the only parent that wasn't happy with the picture out come my son's friend looked like an old lady and she's in 1st grade..... What a fantastic management team! I had an issue with an order, that was outside of their total control. I had the pleasure of getting a call from Brian, who made sure I was a happy customer. It's not an easy task, working with the public, and I commend him on a job well done. Even with my two littles rudely screaming in the back, his smile never faltered through the phone. Thank you Brian, and I look forward to our many more years of portrait memories.
