WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED ME ONCE! IVE SPENT $20,000 ON THEIR EQUIPMENT AND PURCHASED ALL THE WARRANTIES JUST INCASE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A COMMON ITEM TO BUY.WHAT A WASTE!!!! Ordered a small replace piece and the shipping fee was more that the part cost. Three weeks later and it still has not arrived. I'm left having to *****-Rig my 360 booth just to honor my events. **************** has ghosted me and will bot respond to emails. Not even so much as a status update or an estimated shipping date. The contact form on their site does not work so I can't even contact them to request a refund. This is horrible customer service for a business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a dance floor. It ell off the truck upon arrival, they replaced the fallen parts. Fantastic. ~4 months before the warranty expired we started having major issues. It seemed like once they realized the issues became more than something a simple replacement part could fix they started ghosting our company. Multiple emails with zero response. Horrible excuse for customer support. Ive had an issue with their software adding RevoSpins watermark to photos despite having a paid subscription. This is has lead to client dissatisfaction and a requested refund. Brought the software issue to RevoSpins attention and their answer was, never seen that before then closed the ticket. No help, no offer of any solution just made it clear that they got their money and could care less. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a mirror booth and cannot get anyone to respond!? **************** is non existent! I email them everyday and I get nothing! I planned on buying more from this company but now I wish I hadnt spent a dime here! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Be careful too cause they use a ton of different aliases probably because theyre getting a bad name. Fire booth is one of their names.

Horrible tech service and warranty doesn't fully cover equipment. I got mine in August 2021. It sat for 3 months due to slow business. I have use my revo at a minimum. After sitting 3 months I get an event and my motor is not working. So now I have to return money also wasted money for the software I use. So I contact revo and send them a video of what's going on. They says it's the bearings and the only option is for me to PAY to ship the whole thing back to them and they would fix and send back. This thing is very heavy an... read more

Revospin is committed to customers service, Deveney G if you filled a claim and won your money is automatically refunded. No items are shipped during a chargeback by orders of customers bank and company while they resolve the issue. DC Nyc in regards to the cheap quality of our items, are items are tested and we stand by our 1yr warranty. Why would we put ourselves in a position or having to ship out an item with a warranty. This company has held my money for months to this day and tells me i have to keep waiting. This has been going on since august. i've been very patient and a help person name tony has been trying his best to assist me. I ordered a 360 booth and canceled before it was delivered or shipped to me i never received the product.
