Terrible customer service and communication skills. My appointment was cancelled by phone just 1 hour before my appointment where I had booked the day off work. I rebooked, and turned up for my appointment only to be informed that it had been cancelled again!! There is no explanation as to why I wasn't informed about the cancellation. This time apparently the appointment was cancelled because I had left the manager feedback about the rude receptionist who was shouting at me about payments and rudely hung up the phone on anot... read more
