20260726 First time here. Found this restaurant after church and decided to try it out before shopping. The waiter was not friendly. I smiled and said thanks when he looked at me, took my order and delivered my food to the table. He looked at me as though he was mad at me, no expression, and no acknowledgement to my thanks. The food was pretty good. The lemongrass flavor in the lemongrass beef was so light that I didn't notice the flavor, and the lemongrass was chopped up and rolled into the beef. Food was AMAZING. Staff was friendly and provided us with our requests without attitude. I wouldnt say this place is above and beyond in service or atmosphere but the food could make up for nearly any sin.
I had pho number 11. Brisket with other parts of beef. Usually I enjoy pho but this time is my first time thinking I don’t like it. The meat wasn’t tender. Even the fatty part was hard. Me and my daughter each ordered small pho and left lots of meat which I never do. The meat was gamey to me. Wasn’t bad I know some people enjoy that strong flavors. I just couldn’t enjoy and I don’t think I will go back. Sorry.
