Food was AMAZING. Staff was friendly and provided us with our requests without attitude. I wouldnt say this place is above and beyond in service or atmosphere but the food could make up for nearly any sin.
I had pho number 11. Brisket with other parts of beef. Usually I enjoy pho but this time is my first time thinking I don’t like it. The meat wasn’t tender. Even the fatty part was hard. Me and my daughter each ordered small pho and left lots of meat which I never do. The meat was gamey to me. Wasn’t bad I know some people enjoy that strong flavors. I just couldn’t enjoy and I don’t think I will go back. Sorry.

I’ve been a customer at this Pho Royal location for 10+ years but my recent experiences have been disappointing, and this latest one was unacceptable. This is now the second time in recent months that I’ve received an incorrect order due to discrepancies between the DoorDash menu and what appears on the kitchen ticket. Came here with a friend for dinner to nourish our bodies with their delicious pho. I believe we ordered #10 & asked for an extra meat side, mung beans, lime, jalapeños, & basil. The portion is perfect & filling. This was exactly what I needed to feed my body. The broth was wonderful & flavorful.
