Phong did a fantastic job almost completely rewiring our brownstone, installing switches, outlets and lights, and leaving us with a well-organized breaker box. Our General Contractor uses them all the time. Our lights don't flicker, bulbs last as long as they are supposed to, and we have not had a single problem. A big job well handled.
