Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. My parents hired this company to manage their property, and they inexplicably withheld six months’ worth of rent until I personally followed up to find out where the payments were. There was no explanation on why it was held, even after my parents repeatedly called and emailed them until I stepped in.
