Went in to buy a couple of phone chargers. There were no prices on the shelves, so we were placed in an awkward situation where we had to ask for the prices at the register and THEN decide whether we were willing to pay, which OBVIOUSLY at that point you’re much more likely to just pay. According to the Code of Virginia, this is an illegal business practice. It’s a class 4 misdemeanor. Great and immediate service. My wife and I came in with her in a wheel.chair and they were more than accommodating for her. We didn't end up getting anything,but would make the drive back for their service.
I was having problems with the power button on my cell phone, so I asked them to repair it. I left the phone with them and went to do something else. When I returned the button was fixed, but they informed me that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I didn't have the time then so I returned home. Before they touched my phone my it had been draining about 4% overnight while I slept. After seeing them it began draining 12% / hour with the screen off! I do not recommend using PhoneXpert!
