My phone screen was broken. Muhammad came to my house, looked over the phone and said he could fix this within the day but would need to take it to his "lab". What followed was several days of him making excuses for why he couldn't hand me back MY phone. I eventually said I'd go drive to pick it up from his "lab tech" who in all fairness gave me my phone back.
