slimy sales tactic - I called ahead, and then traveled half-way across town. They waited to tell me about the different grades of phone screens, and they quoted me only the lowest grade over the phone. This tactic blows. I left immediately. I'm not happy at all. They wasted my time! I thought perhaps I was helping a local merchant who would act ethically. If I could use four letter words, I would.
This wonderful young man can fix anything... and always so pleasant and helpful!

Great prompt service, will send all our company phones there! Called ahead and asked them to change the charging port on my iPhone. Went to store, he cleaned contacts, blew it out, and handed it back. Good as new! I've already posted on Facebook, only place I'll take my 7 company phones!!
