I really appreciate his professionalism. It's definitely a stress-free, hassle-free installation!
So far, wired connection is 10 times faster than wifi. In fact, over wifi, PhoneGuys Voice & Data Systems, Inc. were about the same! There are ~30 wifi networks in the area and almost all of them are on the 2.4Ghz region. I expect it'll improve with a newer 5Ghz wifi router.
Patricia was etremly helpful. It was nice shopping here. I will definitely buy from them again.
We were referred to these guys by our landlord in Union sq. The internet we were getting from AT&T was treacle slow. We needed more bandwidth so we gave them a try. The install went very smoothly and the speed was very satisfactory. These guys are a local option that if they serve your area I would check them out as an option.
Service quality isn’t up to par. Very disappointed.
