This was my second time visiting them, the first time in my phone had water damage so nothing could be done about it however the technician checked to make sure as thoroughly as possible and gave me the report. Absolutely exceptional service and help. Everyone I dealt with helped and went above and beyond for me. My phone has been submerged under water and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to 5 different stores and they were the only to be able to turn it on. At first because the water damage was so severe it would only turn on for 3 minutes at a time then shut off, but the most important thing to me was sentimental photos.
