I asked them a favour, to fit my new Three SIM card. He fit it in incorrectly and it didn’t work - I assume to encourage me to cancel my new order and book with him. Then I got a hard sell that my new service deal was expensive - bit I know is a really good deal. He quoted his impossible deals but I didn’t trust him - there was no leaflet and he didn’t refer me to a website.
