I have emailed this shop waiting for a response so believe it is necessary for me to publicise what issues I have had I went to this shop to get my battery replaced but also had a camera with a crack in which the shop suggested to get fixed whilst my phone was in. Imagine my surprise when my camera, which was functioning fine prior to leaving it in the shop now does not work. Brilliant service. My son damaged his phone to the point of it being unrecoverable after various attempts. We were given options to recover the phone, but they were not cost effective. I appreciated the honest advice. I opted, instead, to purchase a new device and we got everything up and running in the shop. This is the 3rd time I've used PhoneFix4U and is my go to for any device issues.
Thought I'd broken my screen, dropped phone off for repair and he called me back as I was leaving to say I'd only cracked my protector. Guy saved me over £200 for a repair i didn't need. He could have just let me leave and I would have been none the wiser. Very honest, very polite, very knowledgeable and fast service. Will be using again. Thank you!
