Had a camera lens that was shattered that I came to get repaired and a screen protector that I needed replaced. Camera had dirt particles because of work which didn’t allow the camera to properly focus. Upon getting my phone back I checked the camera and still had the same issue. I went back and asked if he cleaned the camera before putting the lens on to which he said he did not. He then refused to amend the issue by taking the lens off to clean it.
