Is this place owned and ran by the government? I say that because you will be told one thing over the phone and then when you show up they judge you as a criminal that just stole an iPhone.

Price was outrageous. After I received my phone back, it wasn't even fixed correctly. I brought it back to get fixed again and it still was not fixed correctly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Edit: after 3 weeks the screen they installed went black and never came back on. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else.
I strongly advise against utilizing this service. My girlfriend and I entrusted her iPhone 14 to this establishment for a simple glass replacement on the screen. Despite it being functional, with only a minor crack, we were charged $249, which we deemed reasonable given the phone's newness. Upon returning to retrieve the phone, however, it was discovered to be in pieces, and the technician stated that they were unable to complete the repair and suggested taking it to another location.
