Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to get my iPhone repaired, but instead of fixing it, they completely broke it. It was clear from the start that they had no proper knowledge or expertise. I literally had to Google the issue myself and guide them step-by-step — and even then, they still couldn’t fix it! I’m honestly shocked they call themselves phone repair experts.
